  With a beautiful view on lake Massawippi, Ripplecove is a picturesque hotel with much to offer. In the thick of nature away from large cities, it is easy to find peace surrounded by such a tranquil environment. There is not a sound to be heard outside and no light pollution, so it is easy to enjoy the silence and see the stars at night. Complementing the natural setting and very nice accommodations, the restaurant offers delectable cooking for all 3 meals of the day. The chef, Joris Larigaldie, can truly be proud of his creations, which he explained to us often contain original ingredients from the local "terroir". Every meal was genuinely a delight. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will likely return.
